The Conecuh County Commission's responsibilities include control of all county public funds and property, along with the adoption of an annual budget reflecting anticipated income and expenses.

 

Other responsibilities include construction and maintenance of roads in the county outside the city jurisdictions, provide services for all county departments, and purchase supplies and equipment related to county operations.

 

The commission provides general support for all organizational activities such as telephone support, supply support, mail processing, and employee benefits.

 

The Conecuh County Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 10:00am in the Commission Chambers at the Conecuh County Government Center at 111 Court Street, Evergreen, AL 36401.
